Welcome to the Missouri Screamin Eagles Case Club. The Screamin Eagles are a group of Case tractor enthusiasts. Whether you have one tractor or one hundred, we would like to have you as a member.
The Missouri Screamin Eagles Case Club was organized in December of 1996 by Jim Peeper. The idea of the club was to get Case enthusiasts together to talk Case and share in the hobby of collecting, restoring, and showing early model Case tractors and equipment. With a beginning of 16 members who lived in central Missouri, the club has grown to over 100 members that live in 11 states.
The club meeting are monthly at the homes of the various members to allow members to see others collections. The meetings are for the members to talk Case and share stories as well as information.
One of the early accomplishments of the club was the publishing of a 2000 Calendar featuring only early model Case tractors, the only such calendar ever printed. The major accomplishment was the building of a Case building on the grounds of the Missouri River Valley Steam Engine Association in Boonville, Missouri. As far as we know, this is the only building owned by a Case club. This building is used to display Case during the September tractor show of the MRVSTEA.
Some of the annual activities of the club are a plow day where members use their old Cases and Case plows to plow a small acreage of land. We have also combined, bound, and thrashed wheat with Case equipment. We have a fall picnic and a winter dinner as well. Members also support tractor shows that feature Case.
Members receive a monthly newsletter and a copy of the Grease Rag. The Grease Rag is for members to advertise to buy or sell Case items for no charge.
